This little hidden gem, situated in the Heart of Positano on the Amalfi coast, was a true highlight of this trip. The B&B, which has a feel more like a luxury villa, was renovated last year by the Buonocore siblings and is now is open to host travelers visiting this charming town. Sandra, the youngest of the three, has an incredible eye for beauty. Each rooms is tastefully appointed with elegant décor and furnishings that Sandra personally selected from Italy and the rest of Europe. Their service is warm and they always know how to make you feel right at home.
We stayed in the De Luxe room which comes with a living room and a private porch overlooking the historical Positano cliff. There are only six rooms and two with living rooms so early booking is a must especially during peak season.
I LOVE LOVE LOVED this B&B. I dream of the day I get to go back to this lovely hideaway.

Sorrento was our gateway to the Amalfi coast. We flew from Milano Linate aiport to Naples where we were picked up by a hotel car which took us to Sorrento, about an hour trip from the airport.
We stayed here for two nights but honestly, one night in Capri and one night in Sorrento would have been perfect. Though full of vibrance and energy, the town is bustling with tourists so if you are looking for a more quiet and romantic atmosphere, I recommend staying in Capri.
My husband and I stayed in Italy for 10 days in October where we began our trip from Milan – continuing on to the Amalfi coast (Sorrento, Capri and Positano), moving north to Firenze and back to Milan. We loved each city truly but the Amalfi Coast has got to be one of our favorites!
Each town has a unique presence and Capri Island – famous for its “Blue Grotto,” is full of flavours . It’s natural landscape and beautiful buildings built over hundreds of years make this charming island so stunningly beautiful. JK Place, a hotel perched above the harbor, is not to be missed. If you are doing a day trip, as did we, make sure you stop by for a lunch or afternoon cocktails. The hotel is so chicly Italian and the food is to die for!
